Accessibility at Collage and Wood

Collage and Wood wants every customer, including people with disabilities, to be able to browse our site, upload their photos, and order a keepsake without barriers. We take this seriously and treat it as ongoing work, not a one-time project.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and we review the site against that standard on an ongoing basis.

What we've done

Recent improvements include rewritten descriptive alt text on product images, corrected heading structure, improved color contrast, keyboard-accessible navigation with a skip-to-content link, and clearer turnaround and shipping information. We continue to audit pages and fix issues as we find them.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site rely on third-party tools (such as the review widget, photo upload tool, and chat), and we can't fully control how those are built. Customer-uploaded photos used in collage previews may not have descriptions. We are working with our vendors and will update this page as things improve.

If any part of the site is hard to use, we'll take your order another way. Call, text, or email us and we'll handle it by phone or email at no extra cost.
