Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I order?

For all of our collage products: order at least 3 weeks before your senior night, banquet, or event date. Custom pieces take time to design, create, and ship — counting back 3 weeks from your event gives us time to make it right without the stress.

For wooden numbers, we try to ship within 3 business days if your prop is UNPAINTED.

If we are painting your numbers, please plan on your props arriving within two weeks.

If you need any product faster, email us to make sure we can accommodate your deadline.

What happens after I place my order?

For all of our collage products: You upload your images, place your order, then include your athlete's photos, jersey number, team colors, and preferences.

We create your keepsake with care, keep you in the loop throughout, and prepare it for delivery. You're a partner in the process; we welcome your feedback and input along the way.

For all of our wooden cutouts, we submit your order to CNC cut on our giant machine.

Once we cut your custom jersey number or photo prop, we sand the rough cut and ship. If we paint your numbers, we will sand and finish your numbers in a flat white or black paint.

How many photos do I need for senior night gifts?

It depends on the size: 12" collages hold 10–15 photos, 15" hold 15–20, 24" hold 25–40, and our giant 36" pieces hold 50–75.

Posters use 10–20 photos and photo blankets use 15–20.

Don't stress about having exactly the right number. If you have less, send us your favorites and we'll work with you and can recommend other photos to include.

Does my collage arrive ready to display?

Yes! Every collage arrives fully assembled and ready to hang on the wall.

If you want your collage to "stand up" for display on a senior night table, you'll want to add on one of our handmade display stands.

Do your senior photo props stand on their own?

Our senior photo props require one of our handmade stands to become "free-standing."

How big are your wooden numbers and letters?

We offer sizes from 12 inches all the way up to 3.5 feet tall — big enough to be the centerpiece of any senior night table or photo shoot.

What if my senior night gift package is delayed or lost?

We track every package until it reaches your door and stay in contact throughout your order. If a package is delayed or lost, we replace it immediately. Every customer is our most important customer.

Can I use professional photos?

Yes! Professional photos look amazing on our collages — but you must have a photo release from your photographer giving you permission to reproduce them. Most senior photographers are happy to provide one; just ask.

Is there a minimum photo size?

For the best print quality, each photo should ideally be at least 1 MB. Larger files mean sharper, clearer photos on your finished keepsake. Photos texted or screenshotted from social media are often compressed too small, so send originals from your phone or camera when you can.
