Refunds & Return Policy

Custom & Final Sale Items Due to the personalized nature of our products, all photo props, photo collages, and custom-designed items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. Similarly, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Eligible Returns (Unpainted Letters) We accept returns on unpainted, individual letters or numbers within 14 days of delivery.

• Fees: Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

• Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Process: Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected at our workshop.

Damages & Order Issues Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
