How long does it take?+
You’ll receive a digital proof within 3 business days of checkout. Once you approve it, we cut, sand, finish and ship. About three weeks from approval to your door.
Will I see the design before it’s cut?+
Always. We build your collage digitally and send you a proof to approve first. We don’t cut the wood until you are 100% satisfied with the layout.
What if I don’t love the first design?+
Just ask for changes. Three complimentary revisions are included, so we keep adjusting until it’s right.
What photos should I send, and how many?+
JPG, PNG or HEIC files, between 1MB and 10MB each so they print sharp. Plan on 50-60 photos for the 18 inch size. Send them in any order; Crystal arranges them digitally in Photoshop. Watermarked photos need a photo release from the photographer before we can use them.
Can it include photos from every decade?+
Yes, that’s the idea. Send the baby pictures, the wedding day, the years raising a family and the grandkids, and we’ll fill the number with all of them.
What is it actually made of?+
