How long does it take?
About three weeks from when you approve your proof to when it arrives at your door — the video above walks through the whole process. Need it sooner? Rush production gets your design proof to you in 24 hours, though printing, framing, and shipping still take time after that. If your deadline is tighter than that allows, see "Can I print it myself?" below.
Will I see the design before it's printed?
Always. We build your poster digitally and send you a proof to approve first. Nothing goes to print until you say yes.
What if I don't love the first design?
Just ask for changes — three complimentary revisions are included, so we keep adjusting until it's right.
What photos should I send, and how many?
JPG, PNG or HEIC files, between 1MB and 10MB each so they print sharp without exceeding what we can accept per photo. Plan on 10–15 photos per number or letter, up to 30 total if your poster has two characters. Send them in any order — I arrange them digitally using Photoshop. Watermarked photos need a photo release from the photographer before we can use them.
Can my poster include every year my senior played?
Yes — that's the idea. Send photos from every season, youth league through varsity, and we'll fill the number with all of them.
Can I rush my order?
When rush production is offered on this product, turning it on at checkout gets your design proof to you within 24 hours instead of our normal window. That speeds up the design step only — printing, framing, and shipping the finished poster still takes time on top of that. If your deadline is tighter than even rush production allows, see "Can I print it myself?" below — the digital file is the fastest way to get something in hand.
Do the posters come ready to hang?
Yes — every poster ships with hanging hardware included, so it's ready to hang right out of the box.
Can I print it myself instead of waiting for the framed version?
You can, and it's there for you if you're in a real time crunch — but it's a rush option, not the ideal one. Printing, framing, and shipping the finished poster still takes time even with rush production, so if your deadline is too tight for that, choose the digital file and print it yourself. Walgreens can usually do same-day printing; Staples, Costco, FedEx Office, and your local print shop work too. If you have the time, we recommend the framed version so it arrives ready to hang.
What if I want a matted look?
Your best bet is a pre-matted frame from Michaels or Hobby Lobby sized to fit your poster. For example, a 20x24 matted frame with a 16x20 opening works well for a 16x20 poster.
