Will I see the design before it’s cut?+
Always. We build your collage digitally and send you a proof to approve first. We don’t cut the wood until you are 100% satisfied with the layout.
What if I don’t love the first design?+
Just ask for changes. Three complimentary revisions are included, so we keep adjusting until it’s right.
What photos should I send, and how many?+
JPG, PNG or HEIC files, between 1MB and 10MB each so they print sharp. Plan on 20-25 photos for the 15 inch size. Send them in any order; Crystal arranges them digitally in Photoshop. Watermarked photos need a photo release from the photographer before we can use them.
Can my collage include every year my senior played?+
Yes, that’s the idea. Send photos from every season, youth league through varsity, and we’ll fill the number with all of them.
